Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn/unused items in original condition. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds issued to original payment method minus shipping costs. Final sale and/or discontinued items are non-returnable. Contact us at for return authorization.
All products are made to order via print-on-demand fulfillment partners and are not produced until after your order is placed. Due to this nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
We gladly accept returns or replacements only for defective items (e.g., printing errors, damage during shipping, or incorrect fulfillment) reported within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at support@elonchron.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (minus shipping) or send a replacement at no extra cost.
